Okay this may or may not seem like a strange question but....does anyone else suffer after spending time working on their art??? I ask because I had to take a couple of months off after christmas because I felt physically and emotionally drained. I finished a big project on Christmas eve and the whole time I worked on it I felt sick and completely exhausted. I have realised that this has always been the case. If I spend a period of time drawing, say an hour or more I end up really messed up. Achy and headaches. I also can't focus on anything vaguely logical like cooking a meal or holding a conversation. Its almost like coming down off a maj
